We collect anonymous analytics data when you visit our website, including page views, time on page, and scroll depth. We do not use Google Analytics and we do not set any third-party cookies. IP addresses are used exclusively for aggregate country-level geolocation statistics, hashed with SHA-256, and never stored in plaintext.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: (a) respond to your inquiries and manage your service request, (b) improve our website and services through anonymous analytics, (c) comply with applicable legal and tax obligations. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing, PCI DSS), Cloudflare (CDN and protection), and our own servers hosted in Switzerland. All providers are GDPR compliant.
Storage and Security
All data is stored on servers located in Switzerland. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and the GDPR apply. Data is protected by encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
Cookies & Tracking
We use only essential cookies required for site functionality (session, language preference). We do not use third-party tracking or marketing cookies. Our analytics are first-party, anonymous, and do not require additional consent as they are strictly necessary for the operation of the service.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the FDPIC (Switzerland) or the data protection authority in your country.
