Privacy Policy
At Straton (a brand of ACorp - Casado Gonzalez, CHE-428.842.976, Ziegelrain 17, 5000 Aarau, Switzerland), we are committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you fill out a contact or service request form: your name, email address, phone number, and preferred contact method.
We collect anonymous analytics data when you visit our website, including page views, time on page, and scroll depth. We do not use Google Analytics and we do not set any third-party cookies. IP addresses are used exclusively for aggregate country-level geolocation statistics, hashed with SHA-256, and never stored in plaintext.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: (a) respond to your inquiries and manage your service request, (b) improve our website and services through anonymous analytics, (c) comply with applicable legal and tax obligations. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing, PCI DSS), Cloudflare (CDN and protection), and our own servers hosted in Switzerland. All providers are GDPR compliant.
Storage and Security
All data is stored on servers located in Switzerland. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and the GDPR apply. Data is protected by encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
Cookies & Tracking
We use only essential cookies required for site functionality (session, language preference). We do not use third-party tracking or marketing cookies. Our analytics are first-party, anonymous, and do not require additional consent as they are strictly necessary for the operation of the service.
Your Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, and objection to processing by contacting [email protected]. We will respond within a maximum of 30 days. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the FDPIC (Switzerland) or the data protection authority in your country.

What we process: the web address you paste and that business's public data; its photos, only with the owner's permission; your IP address (stored as a hash) and your browser, for security; the email you leave so we can notify you; what you write in the chat; and, if you buy, your purchase details.
Purposes and legal basis: preparing the mock-up (your request and legitimate interest), protecting the service from abuse (legitimate interest), using the photos (the owner's permission) and the purchase (performance of a contract). The chat is an automated assistant (AI).
Processors: Cloudflare (bot protection, storage and network), Anthropic (chat assistant; USA, with standard contractual clauses), Hostpoint (email, Switzerland) and Stripe (payment).
Retention: the mock-up, 21 days; the session, 30 days after the mock-up expires; the notification email, until sent plus 21 days; the chat, hashed IP and browser, 90 days; the permission and proof of a deletion, 3 years; purchase data, as set out in the contract.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure and objection, by writing to the address above. You can delete the mock-up yourself with “I don't want this mock-up”. In the EU you can complain to your supervisory authority; in Switzerland, to the FDPIC.
Cookies: only two, both necessary: “__Host-stf” (your demo session, 7 days) and Cloudflare Turnstile's if it appears (security). Analytics and advertising pixels only load if you accept them.
