Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services Offered
Straton offers custom web design and development services. Specific services, prices, and timelines are detailed in the commercial proposal accepted by both parties. Commencement of work is conditional on effective payment of the agreed amount through our secure payment gateway (Stripe).
Intellectual Property
Project deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. Straton retains ownership of its proprietary tools, libraries, and methodologies. Straton may reference the work in its portfolio unless expressly indicated otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Straton's maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the last 12 months. Straton shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Aarau, Canton of Aargau, Switzerland.
